• General: Refund requests for purchases made on OsiltecChem.com must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.
• How to Request: Please send your refund request, along with your order number and explanation, to info@osiltec.com.
• Refund Conditions:

• Only products that are unused and in their original condition will be eligible for a refund.
• Custom or specially ordered products may not be refundable unless defective.
• Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error originates with OsiltecChem.com.
